ISESS 2009 - Registration Information
Registration for the conference does not include hotel reservations. You must make your own arrangements for lodging. Please consult the list of suggested accommodations on the venue page.

Terms and Conditions of Payment
EACH ACCEPTED PAPER MUST REGISTER ONE DELEGATE PER PAPER. Payment can be made by cheque, Euro-cheque, money order, credit card (through PayPal), or bank transfer.
For bank transfers, please contact Linda Robson (linda@isess.org) for banking details. When using a bank transfer, please notify Linda Robson of the date of transfer and fax the registration form with all the requested information in order for your registration to be processed.
For payments by cheque, Euro-cheque, or money order, please ensure that the payment indicates the delegate’s name AND include the registration form with the payments.
Payments by credit card can only be made using the online registration form. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal.

Payment must be received at our office by the early registration date of JULY 10, 2009 in order to receive the early conference rate. PLEASE NOTE THAT AUTHORS MUST SUBMIT A FULL REGISTRATION PAYMENT BY APRIL 27, 2009. Cancellations are subject to a 100 € administration fee. No refunds will be made after September 4, 2009 as the necessary resources for each delegate will have been allocated by that date.
The conference office will reply with an email acknowledgement of payment within 2 weeks of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact Linda Robson (linda@isess.org). An email address must be provided, as all communication will be done via email (final programme, updates, etc.). Conference packages will be available upon registration in Venice. All necessary information will be available from our home page.
The conference fee includes the conference proceedings, break refreshments, 2 lunches, a reception, and a banquet for the registered delegate (students and guests must purchase tickets for the reception and banquet).
Please note that the registration fee does not cover transportation or accommodations, these are the responsibility of the individual delegate.
