Program Information

Conference Details

The conference will begin on Tuesday, May 22 at 9:00 am at the Crowne Plaza. Registration will be available beginning at 8:00 am.

The meeting room will be equipped with the following:

  • overhead projector
  • computer/video projection
  • flip-charts

There will be a reception on Tuesday, May 22 in the evening. ISESS, the Academy of Science of the Czech Republic, Masaryk University and Charles University are co-sponsoring the reception. It will be held at Villa Lanna (http://www.cs.cas.cz/~fiedler80/villalanna.html). A light menu of foods will be served, and Moravian wines will be supplied. Directions to Villa Lanna will be provided. The reception will begin at 7:30.

Wednesday, May 23 will begin at 9:00 am and conclude at approximately 1:30 pm. The attendees will have the rest of the afternoon off to explore the area. There are no social activities are planned.

Thursday, May 24 will begin at 9:00 am and will conclude at approximately 5:30 pm. The conference banquet will be held that evening, beginning at 7:00 pm and is included in attendee registration. Please note that guests and students will need to purchase a ticket for the banquet.
Any payments made at the Conference site must be in Cash in Euros.

Friday, May 25 will begin at 9:00 am and the workshop will conclude at approximately 2:00 pm.

Breaks will be served every morning and with lunch and an afternoon break provided on Tuesday and Thursday.
